Circles on ball

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14555)

Hello, I call this move simply circles on the ball.

Position yourself on the stability ball as if you were going to do crunches. Crunch your body to the left and rotate to the center and then the right repeat 8 times. Repeat on the other side crunch to the right rotate to the center and then the left repeat 8 times. Try not to go very fast, slow and controlled is the key.
