- 2 Alternating knee lifts (8)-or 1 knee on, walk back diagonal 1 knee off walk forward
- Curl over (4)
- 2 Chasse round (4)
Repeat other side
Block 2
- Up straddle, 2 walks forward on floor still straddling step facing west (6)
- Box step on floor (4) - cross right over left at still facing west. Walk back to start position facing north
- Double knee (6)-step up right double knee left
- 2 Stomps left leg, 1 stomp right leg (8)
- 2 Alternating side leg lifts
