Easy lunge, kicks and side stances

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14569)

The following 2 combos start in right side stance then transition to a left side stance in 32 counts (jacks, speedbag, etc) Then repeat on left. Be sure to give the left equal time as the right!!!
