This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 14574)
This is a good starting point - it can be developed further in a number of ways!
- 1) Walk/run forwards (4)
- 2) Jump jacks (4)
- 3) Step touch back (8)
- 4) Knee lift 3x right, 3x left (16)
- Alternative: 1 knee (left knee up), 1 leg curl (right leg), 1 knee (left knee). Repeat on other side.
- 5) Easy walk (4)
- Alternative: Tap to side and box with same side arm (1 right, 1 left)
- 6) Knee lift (right knee) and kick (left leg) (4)
- 7) Jump from side to side really low or two squats (right/left) (8)
- 8) Jump on one leg, 360-turn (4)
- 9) Lunge side to side (12)
- 10) Grapevine right, finish with leg curl on left
- 11) 2 Leg curls on right
- 12) 4 Knee lifts on left
- 13) Grapevine left
- 14) Repeat #11) and #12) on opposite leg.
