Beginner Kickboxing
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14584)
I used this block for my first class.
- 1 Jab
- 1 Cross
- 1 Hook
- 1 Upper
- 1 Squat
- 1 Front push right
- 1 Squat
- 1 Side kick left
- 4 Jacks
I broke it down by first showing each punch then doing each punch in succession (8 of each, then 4, 2, 1). I also showed each kick separately.
Don't forget to switch sides!
