Tapless 64 from Jacque

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14593)

This pattern is 2 blocks of 32. The first 32 count block reverses, the second one does not. The final version is tapless, but I do use taps & step-touches when building. Less fit participants may choose to retain the taps. My classes have enjoyed this one & it's pretty easy to teach.

Horizontal board, begin with side approach facing west, assume right foot lead:

Block 1:

* The base option for this is: over the top, 2 knee repeater and tap down.

** This is just 2 regular alternating hamcurls with a hop & a little turn so that you travel off the corner of the board. Not quite a full hopturn, so I call it a "hamcurl hop" to avoid confusion.

Block 2:

(all beginning with a left lead now)

Repeat from top of Block 1 leading left.

* I'm not sure if this is what some here call a "Walk-away Joe" ... it's a diagonal that you walk out of, then pivot turn and walk back to the board. The counts are: up up (2), walk walk (2), pivot turn (2), walk back (2).

Email me if anything doesn't make sense!

Have fun!
