Fun and easy shuffle combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14595)

I use this combo at the end of class when I still have about 10 minutes left to really get the heart rate up and keep them motivated! My classes LOVE this one! ENJOY!

Begin combo in a horse stance (facing the front of the room)

Total 32 count

Repeat everything after the 2 jacks, (shuffle left)

Variations I use are: Instead of shuffle they can either step-touch 2 times (4 count, right or left depending on which way you are going) or they can chain step 1 time ( 4 count, right or left) This is easier for persons wanting more low impact. Also, if they hate that quick change-up starting with the knee strike, instead of the front and back kick they can do 2 knee strikes, 2 side kicks and 4 jacks (omitting the squats)
