Vertical Variation

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14597)

Board is vertical. You are working off of the short end of the board. All combos are 32 count.

Combo 1

Begins with right lead

Start with the left lead and alternating knees

* Can be substituted with two basic lefts or split basic left

Combo 2

Right lead

(Repeat left lead)

Combo 3

Start with right lead

Repeat with left lead

** Walk the plank: you are essentially walking forward 4 counts. Right foot starts on the horizontal part of the board, left foot on the floor, right foot than walks in front and than left foot into a mambo and than everything is repeated backwards)

*** Repeater 5: knee, side-out/abductor, hamstring curl, side-out/abductor, knee

The pattern can be repeated from the top by doing the first knee off the side and than stepping back to the vertical/short end of the board

I add alot of variations to moves ie. repeater knee. Repetition of "V" and walk the plank are great for hamstring and quad work.
