Candy's Kickboxing 1/2 & 1/2

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 14612)

Divide the room in half. Set up steps on one side, use the other side for combinations.

Combo 1:

Do slow first, then to tempo

Step Combo 1: Go to steps

Combo 2:

Repeat all with left lead totals 32 count.

Step Combo 2:

Combo 3:

Repeat left

Step Combo 3:

If time - Combo 4: Shuffle x 3, duck, clap x 3 on way up from duck. Claps are done quick. Totals 16 counts. (Repeat left lead)

Killer abs, then go home!!!
