This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 15097)

I did this with my class yesterday and they really seemed to love it. This is a lower body exercise but also uses all of the core muscles in the abdominals and the back if you are standing in the water without assistance such as a noodle.

I had the class stand toward the center of the pool and start with one leg. With that one leg they drew the alphabet as if they had chalk in their toes and were writing on a chalkboard. I had them do each letter three times. We did 13 letters on each leg (A-M right, N-Z left)

My class loved it and I hope you can use this or modify this for your class!
