- (1-8) Long grapevine and double knee lift
- (9-16) Hamstring curl x4 (option: 2nd and 3rd facing the back)
- (17-24) Double side step x2 (circling arms)
- (25-32) *3 Point tap x2
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Mambo
- (5-8) Mambo cha cha cha
- (9-16) Double knee crossover x2 (both with left knee)
- (17-24) Chasse travelling forwards x2
- (25-28) Step forwards and double hamstring curl
- (29-32) Walk (or jog) backwards
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Inner thigh lift x4
- (9-16) Single, single, double lunge backwads (option: scissor x4, double scissor x2)
- (17-24) V-step x2
- (25-28) Jog in a circle (or pony x2 in a circle)
- (29-32) Kick x2
Repeat other side
*3 point tap - (1) tap left leg forwards, (2) tap left leg to side, (3) tap left leg backwards, (4) jump feet together, (5-8) repeat with the other leg
