Combo 1
- (1-4) Knee lift x2 on top of the step
- (5-8) Step down and up
- (9-16) 3 Lunges backwards and exit
- (17-24) Outer thigh repeater (option: change 2nd lift to a squat, change 3rd lift to a hop)
- (25-32) Repeat last line
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-6) Double kick
- (7-10) Kick
- (11-16) Double kick
- (17-24) Step up, up, double side lunge and exit
- (25-32) Repeat last line
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) *V cha cha cha V and exit
- (9-16) Hamstring curl x2
- (17-24) Walk (or jog) round the step
- (25-29) Double stomp
- (30-32) Stomp
Repeat other side
*V cha cha cha V and exit - (1-2) step up wide right and left, (3&4) cha cha cha the feet together on the step, (5-6) step feet wide on the step left, right, (7-8) exit left, right
