Pyramid Cycling Workout

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 15113)

Aloha...I use this cycling workout ONLY on occasion. It's one of those "love/hate" workouts! My classes HATE it while we're on the bikes...but I hear them talking about it in the locker room later on during the week and they all secretly can't wait until we do it again!

I put in "The Fierce Workout" CD and after a warmup you're ready to go... get the can keep adding on and on and on...or bring it back down the pyramid depending upon your class time. I put neon paper up behind me with the set on the class can see what's coming up. :)

It's a great workout...when NOT overused! Email me if you have any questions!
