Energy---32 count hi-lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 15125)

OK: This is a fun one--stay with me cause it starts the same as some others I have posted but it's DIFFERENT!!:-) I like to use it at a high-point in class cause it get's them going!

Right lead

Right leg "falls out" for a syncopated move:

--here you have 2 counts to make it work to an 8 count move.

I start by having them JUMP-JUMP (7 & 8) a few times. Then when they get that 7 & 8 synchopation thing, we add in:

HOP-TURN grapevine facing the back-wall Left, return right, hop-turn facing front, grapevine left-- then right--

And start over with STEP knee (step left, lift right knee)
Step knee to double lunge)
(step right lift left knee and double lunge)
and repeat from the top going the other way.

Then you can shorten it by removing the second set of grapevines so it's:

So you have taken out the second grapevine series...
