3 32's #1

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15142)

I teach a step circuit class with three 32 count self-reversing combinations. After the first 2 32's I do a strength training circuit.

Step Block 1:

Strength circuit: wide squats with one foot on bench, 3 sets of 8, then 8 pulses, then seven pulses and leap across the bench on the 8th count. Then wide squats on the other side, repeat same pattern with pulses.

Step Block 2:

Strength circuit: upper body: bicep curls, upright rows, side arm lifts, shoulder presses, etc.

Step Block 3:

Then put all together, zip it down and up then ping pong and whatever. Seems by doing a heavy leg workout in the first circuit you set the class up for a good workout.
