If you are working with chairs, I would suggest practicing a triple knee repeater before you begin the combo. This gives them the practice with finding their balance.

- Step touch right for 4 (8)
- Grapevine right (4)
- Triple knee repeater (8)
- Step touch left (4)
- Grapevine left (4)
- Triple knee repeater (8)
- Step touch right (4)
- Hamstring curl (8)
- Step touch in place for 4 (8)
- Single, single, double hamstring curl (8)
