This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 15351)

Repeat the above x2 taking out the march/jog so it is one smooth routine.

To increase the intensity whilst doing the single/double side step and the grapevines add in the arms by doing chest press, upright row, shoulder press, pulling the arms down from the head for example. Also add a jump to your grapevines and do full jacks instead of 1/2 jacks.

When you have done the routine twice do it again but only for the count of 4 and take out a move each time till you are back to the beginning and are marching that's the cool down and you are ready for abdominal work and cool down stretches. So do routine and take out the 1/2 jacks, then do routine and take out 1/2 jacks and back lunges and so on.
