- (5-8) March feet out and in
- (9-12) Walk backwards
- (13-16) March feet out and in
- (17-32) Repeat all again
- (1-4) Shift side to side
- (5-8) Double shift
- (9-24) Repeat 2 more times
- (25-32) Hamstring curl x4
