Step 1A

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15356)

Step is horizontal, right lead:

Self-reverses

Block 2

Self-reverses

Self-reverses

Self-reverses

* When I want a power segment I'll hold these movements for 30 seconds or so and tell them to put power to it, lets work this hard, get a little plyo in there, use the bench as a spring board. For the split basics, instead of just 2 lunges or taps back I'll take it to 6 lunges back for a count of (16) - make sense?
