Hi, thanks for the ideas, I've incorporated tons of ideas from this site into my classes. This is a 45 minute class. If we're making good time I add something else in.
- Warm-up- 5 minutes
- Skipping- 2 minutes
- High intensity pyramid- 10 minutes
- 15 Seconds- High knees 15 seconds- rest
- 30 Seconds- Skate leaps 30 seconds- rest
- 45 Seconds- Stutter steps 45 seconds- rest
- 60 Seconds- Burpees 60 seconds- rest
- 60 Seconds- High knees 60 seconds- rest
- 45s- Skate leaps 45s- rest
- 30 Seconds- Stutter steps 30 seconds- rest
- 15 Seconds- Burpees 15 seconds- rest
Partner up for balance & strength. Set up & explain- 2-3 minutes
- 1 Minute- Lunge pass with medicine ball (catch, lunge, pass), I give them the option of using the small pads under the front foot
- 1 Minute- Switch legs
- 1 Minute- Squat with medicine ball, right leg on balance pad / pass right / left leg lifts at same time
- 1 Minute- Switch sides
Still partnered up one does cardio the other balance
- 45s- 1. Push up with tilt on Bosu ball (tilt is forward & backward, really works the abs) 2. Toe taps on bench
- 15 Seconds- Rest
- 45s- 1. V-sit or Crunch on Bosu ball 2. Jumping jacks
Abs- Seal walk or planks
Stretch
