- (1-8) Walk forwards and 3 alternate knees
- (9-16) Double scoop backwards x2
- (17-32) Grapevine (or chasse) x4 box shape
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Hamstring curl x2
- (5-8) Double knee crossover
- (9-16) Repeat last 2 lines
- (17-20) Walk (or jog) forwards
- (21-24) Mambo (or pivot)
- (25-28) Inner thigh lift x2
- (29-32) Heels x4 travelling backwards
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Long grapevine and double side lunge (option: replace double lunge with 2 jacks)
- (9-16) Side mambo cha cha cha x2
- (17-24) V-step x2 (option: turn 2nd to face the back)
