8 Punch Knockout Combo
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

This combo is straight out of kickboxing training, works great if your class is more advanced, but you can break it down into the components for beginners...The combo is 7 punches and a kick (so 8 counts) they should be performed one move per beat, so its quick. For the first combo the stance should be a standard "fighting stance", left leg forward, right leg back.
- Left jab (1)
- Right cross (1)
- Left jab (1)
- Right hook (1)
- Left uppercut repeater (2)
- Right cross (1)
- Right leg round kick (1)
Then repeat in reverse stance, ie right leg forward left leg back:
- Right jab (1)
- Left cross (1)
- Right jab (1)
- Left hook (1)
- Right uppercut repeater (2)
- Left cross (1)
- Left leg round kick (1)
