Fun hi-lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 15536)

This is my first submission after getting some great ideas from this site. I usually do a block a few times then add a high intensity move for 1 minute to each block to kick the heartrate up high and then we do some leg work before progressing and putting it all together.
