Fun hi-lo

Hi/Lo pattern from

This is my first submission after getting some great ideas from this site. I usually do a block a few times then add a high intensity move for 1 minute to each block to kick the heartrate up high and then we do some leg work before progressing and putting it all together. Block A
- 4 Kicks up alternating right and left (8)
- 2 Right knee crossovers (right knee up cross over left) (8)
- 4 Hamcurls back (8)
- 4 Jacks
Alternating left lead
Block B
- Run right corner diagonal/ alternating left corner (16)
- 2 Powersquats (8)
- 4 Right/left lunge back (8)
Alternating left lead
Block C
- 4 Right/left leaps up (exaggerated leap alternating legs) (8)
- Jumprope back (8)
- Right shuffle to side and front of room and back again (16)
