Dangerous Visions at Body Visions Fitness center

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15541)

This pattern is like a ride on a closed loop course. My instructions regarding the music are that it be ON and LOUD as you want. The your riders that the intensity level will increase as you progress into the third and fourth loop of the circuit.

Warm up 3- 5 minutes in Zone 1. A little cueing regarding power breathing and good body position. Have everyone find the "push point" and try changing cadence frequently.

Loop 1 - Zone 2 ( comfortable effort level still warming up ) The peloton is together. Your team is preparing for battle.

Loop 3 - Zone 3 (working hard now)

Loop 4 AND 5 ( Zone 3 into Zone 4 anerobic )

Loop 6 - warm down with one easy loop ( victory lap ? ) then get off the bike and stretch.

This is designed for a 1 hour class with about 38 - 40 minutes of effort. I hope you will enjoy this as much as I have enjoyed and utilized many of the patterns here at Turnstep. I am dedicating this pattern to the Staff at my gym especially my coordinator Shay who gave me this job without me having to grovel or beg. I will always be grateful.
