These are variations to add in to a workout phase - hold the class on the pattern for as long as it takes them to master it and feel comfortable with it. I usually advise the class to work within their own comfort zone shortening levers if they need to.
Moves are with a light bounce or propulsion (harder)
Teaching points - long back, activate the core abs (bring hips closer to ribs), long levers, soft knees and elbows, strong wrist, toe ball heel landing, level pelvis, glute squeeze, offer slice, fist or flat hand. Demonstrate shorter levers as appropriate. Tip preview each move then cue in.
