This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 15548)

Right stance

Total 32 count


Total 64 count

Repeat on the left side.


For those that have trouble with double punches, do single punches instead. For low-impact, change the shuffle to a step-touch 2x or single grapevine. To ADD intensity on the additional 32 count, instead of jack 4x, squat 2x and then jack 2x. This just adds a little more strength to the workout.

I use 132-145bpm with this combo. Hope you like it.
