Simple but Tough
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15548)
Right stance
- Double jab right, double cross left, double hook (8)
- Squat 2x (4)
- Right knee strike, tap, right side kick (4) shuffle forward 4 count, jack 2x (8)
- Shuffle back 4 count, jack 2x (8)
Total 32 count
ADD:
- Right front kick 4x (8)
- Double jab right, cross 1x left, right block, right elbow strike (8)
- Right side kick 4x (8)
- Jack 4x (8)
Total 64 count
Repeat on the left side.
Variations:
For those that have trouble with double punches, do single punches instead. For low-impact, change the shuffle to a step-touch 2x or single grapevine. To ADD intensity on the additional 32 count, instead of jack 4x, squat 2x and then jack 2x. This just adds a little more strength to the workout.
I use 132-145bpm with this combo. Hope you like it.
