*Knee pivot cha cha: step onto step right foot, single knee lift left knee, step down left, step down right, turn over right. shoulder step with left foot to pivot turn, step left foot forward and "cha cha" or triple step 1, 2, 3.
* Switch repeater: step up right foot, single knee lift left leg, step down left, and quick switch right foot to floor tapping left. foot to bench, switch again with right foot to tap, single knee lift left, step down left, right. Alternative can be a repeater.
* Chug - Also called a "shuffle bench." Step onto bench right foot and triple step 1 & 2, step down left right and turn to face other side. Step left to bench, triple step (left, right, left) 1 & 2, step down right and left and turn to face other side. Alternative can be 2 turnsteps.
