Seema's Working Out!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14916)

Hi, this is a tapless combo. Right and left is the lead foot and each combo is 32 count. The bench is horizontal.

* Figure 8 :it is a diagonal to the right and a tap over the top to the left and anothe diagonal to the back right the to the left (home). It seems like a 8.

* Drop down: charleston + step knee (step knee :step up right knee up left step down left step down right)

* Lunge side switch: step up right/left - tap to the right outside of the bench on the floor with right foot and step up and to the left side with the left foot and step up-step down to the right side right/left.

* Complex: it is like a repeater knee do a knee lift instead of the first knee and a side instead of the second and again a knee lift instead of the last knee up.

* Sunshine : it is like basic step switch your feet on the step quickly.

* Hip curl: it is like a step knee but turn your knee from the inside to the out.

* Oriental: step up left knee up right - step down right - tap the bench right - tap the floor right - knee up right - step down right - step down left.
