Punches and Knees Around

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14917)

Hi there! Here is my first pattern posting. Feel free to email me with any questions.

Start facing front in a second position, guard up.

If you want to add more challenge, change the second round knee to a round kick.

Do the same on the other side at a later time in the routine.
