Cardio Challenge

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14918)

I got this really basic idea fr a FIRM video ad tried it out on my class, they looooooooooove it!

We usually warm up for 5 - 7 minutes....

We mostly use the bench vertically and use 1 more set of risers than we usually do in a regular step class. We do repetative moves for 16 - 28 counts. The moves are basic and I try and make them raise those arms up! This really gets our heart rate up!

Example: 28 count right knee up, up and over, 28 count left knee up
Up and over, 28 count step touch right raising the arms up, up and over...

This is something different, sinple, easy to teach but challenging at the same time! Thank you turnstep!
