- 1x Step-kick + 1x knee-up (5-8) left
- 4x Jog forward (1-4) left
- 2x Jumping jack (turn 180 degree) (5-8)
- 4x Jog forward (1-4) right
- 2x Jumping jack (turn 180 degree) (5-8)
- 1x V-step (1-4) right
- 1x Squat (5-8)
Repeat with left leg
Block 2
- 4x Step hop (move forward) (1-8) right/left
- 2x Grapevine (move back) (1-8) diagonaly right/left
- Cha-cha-cha + 1/2 mambo forward (1-4) right
- Cha-cha-cha + pivot (5-8) left
- 4x Lunge (1,1,2) (1-8) right
Repeat with left leg
