Combo 1
- 3 Taps + 1 grapevine + 3 taps (alternated)
- March (facing side wall) + 4 repeater knees
- 2 V-steps (1 forward + 1 back)
- March forward + 3 knees + march back + 3 knees. Change into 2 knees + jog (x2)
Self-reversing combo
Combo 2
- Box step right + 2 back lunges + 2 grapevines diagonal right/left
- 2 Curls turn (move back) + march
- 2 Single lunges in front + 2 side lunges + 2 in front.
Self-reversing combo
Combo 3
- March forward & back
- 8 Single curls change into 4 double => 4 squat curls (box shape)
- March forward + 3 knees + march back + 3 knees
