For the Intervals - I usually number the participants 1 or 2. Then I yell out for them to switch either seated to standing, slide etc. Flat road drills same thing. I have 1's standing jog at 50% 2's seated at 40% then yell switch after a minute - going through the whole song that way. I usually name all my rides for the fun of it. Them seem to like it.
