I simply reverse Intervals 1 & 2 for the next class together! They really like to see this menu posted on a large piece of Flip Chart Paper, and we all go through this posted menu together, with members shouting out what is coming next! Really seems to get the group involved in the program outline while riding!

You all have great musical selections to weave into this pattern's structure! This pattern breaks up the long hills and sitting style of patterns that many of us used to use! Try it, you'll participants may like it and the fact that you put more variety patterns into the ride!

My participants certainly enjoy these interval training drills!
