Let's Get it Started!!!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14995)

This one is fairly simple, yet good cardio and all are self-reversing! Have fun!

Combo #1: right leg lead to start - 64 count

Now you should be on the other side of the bench and ready to start left leg lead. I usually do 30-45-60 pyramid set of lunges in between this one and the next combo for some extra intense cardio.

Combo #2: right leg lead to start - 64 count

Tap change and basic run-run on the left foot. After this one, I'll do sets of just skips and jacks for an interval set.

Combo #3: right leg lead to start - 64 count

Now start over on other side. To give an extra bit at the end of this one, we'll go back and forth across the top for various lengths of sets...sometimes pyramids like in the above lunge set to get the heart rate flying.

Combo #4: right leg lead to start - 64 count

Now you are on the other side of the bench and ready to start left-leg lead.
