Sandra's Cardio Ball Class

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 14818)

This is a hi/low Cardio class holding the stability ball during the entire class.

Block 1

Repeat all on the left

Block 2

Repeat all on left

Block 3

Repeat on left

* I call this the "Brady Bunch" because I remember it from the show - it is like a double step touch but you turn your body to the side and you take to small steps right then 2 small steps left and your arms scoop as you do it
