- (9-16) 3 lunges backwards and exit
- (17-32) Repeater kick x2
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-16) Rocking horse x2
- (17-24) V-step x2 (option: second one on floor facing back of room)
- (25-32) Inner thigh repeater
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Step up, double side lunge and exit
- (9-16) Repaet last line other side
- (17-20) Basic step (option: run up)
- (21-32) 5 Repeater lift (curl, outer, curl, outer, curl)
Repeat other side
Combo 4
- (1-8) Knee freeze x2
- (9-16) Mambo (to side) cha cha cha** x2
- (17-24) Repeater hamstring curl
- (25-32) Split basic
Repeat other side
*Crab (1-2) step up right, left, (3) right foot on floor on right side of step, (4) step left foot on step, (5) right foot on step, (6) left foot on floor on left side of step, (7) right foot on step, (8) left foot on step
** Mambo (to side) cha cha cha - (1) right foot on step, (2) left foot on floor on left side of step, (3&4) cha cha cha on floor travelling back to where you started
