Tri-Workout

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14847)

This class is 20 minutes hi/lo, 20 minutes step and 20 minutes conditioning. I usually separate it into 3 sections, but this one is all mashed together. You have the step in front of you.

Combo 1

Repeat other side

Conditioning

Combo 2

Combo 3

Repeat other side

Conditioning

Combo 4

(Repeat combo 2, but with hamstring curls)

Combo 5

Repeat other side

Conditioning

Combo 6

(Repeat combo 2, but with inner thigh lifts)

I then finish on the floor with some abs and a stretch!
