Latino Aerobics
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14848)
These combos do not reverse lead legs, but work both sides equally.
Combo 1
- (1-8) Walk forwards right, left, cha cha cha, left, right, cha cha cha
- (9-10) Step touch right and take right arm above head (palm facing right side)
- (11-12) Step touch left and take left arm above head (wrists touching, palms away from each other)
- (13-16) Step touch x2 taking arms down to side with a shimmy
- (17-32) Repeat travelling backwards
Combo 2
- (1-4) Double side step right
- (5) Tap right foot to right side and bring both hands onto left hip
- (6) Tap left foot to left side and bring both hands onto right hip
- (7) Pause
- (&8) 2 Claps above head
- (9-16) Repeat left
- (17-32) Sexy walk round in a circle
Combo 3
- (1) Jump and extend both arms out in front of you
- (2) Kick left leg, take both arms out to side and click fingers (turn head to left)
- (3-4) 2 Walks forwards
- (5-8) Repeat forwards again kicking right leg and turning head to right side
- (9-16) Side lunge x4 rolling arms in front of body
- (17-32) Repeat all travelling backwards
Combo 4
- (1-4) Mambo facing corner
- (5-8) Mambo cha cha cha travelling to side
- (9-32) Repeat 3 more times
After the class I put these moves (adding a few extra touches) into a dance to 'She Bangs' by Ricky Martin.
