Kickin' Easy
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

This one is a simple combo...my class seems to really enjoy it; I hope that you do as well.
This is an alternating leg pattern...
- Right front kick
- Left round
- Right round (step down in front with your right leg and pivot)
- Left spin wheel kick
- 4 Jacks back
Repeat pattern with left leg leading
Do this as many times as you'd like...it really tires you out.
