- (1-8) Walk (or jog) forwards and 2 side lunges (or jacks)
- (9-16) Repeat travelling backwards
- (17-24) Pony (or step touch) x4
- (25-32) 4 Repeater inner thigh lift
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-16) Grapevine x4 (option: L shape)
- (17-24) Knee lift x4
- (25-28) Double knee lift
- (29-32) March (or jog) in a circle
