Start with 64 counts
Repeat left
Break to 32 counts:
Repeat left
Now use the 32 counts to transition your lead and add in other basic moves 4 at a time. So do the 32 right, add hamcurls 4x, and glutes 4 x. Repeat the 32 left and add abductors 4x and adductors 4x. Next time through add other basic moves and some dynamic stretching and you will have reveiwed all the basics for the newbies and thoroughly warmed up everyone! In the base 32 combo you could also change the knee lifts for other basic moves that alternate leads.
