This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 14885)

Combo 1 (64 count, tapless, self-reversing)

L-step, up and lunge, squat: step right (1) left knee up (2) step left to left side of bench (3) right heel on bench (4) step right foot on bench (5) step left foot on bench (6) lunge right foot back (7) step right foot on bench (8) lunge left foot back (1) step left foot on bench (2) step right foot to right side of the bench squatting off the side (3) hold (4)-.to do the reverse hop turn step the left foot on the bench (1)

Double ham turning: facing the right wall in a straddle, step right foot on the bench turning the body towards the front (1) curl left leg (2) step left foot on bench - stepping wide (3) curl right leg (4) exit right foot turning towards back (5) left foot exits to floor - facing back (6) alternate stomps starting with the right foot - facing back

Hangover V, grapevine, up and straddle: facing left wall, step right foot on bench (1) step left foot on floor in V (2) cross the right foot behind the left (3) step the left foot out (4) step right foot out (5) cross left foot behind (6) step right foot up on bench (7) step left foot on bench (8) straddle down (1,2)

Repeater tap front: left foot on bench (1) right knee up (2) right foot on floor (3) tap left foot in front of bench (4) step left foot on bench (5) lift right knee (6) exit (7,8)

Combo 2 (64 count, tapless, self-reversing)

Up and out, 6-count mambo, exit: right foot on bench (1) left foot on bench (2) step right foot out wide (stay on bench) (3) step left foot out wide (4) right foot rock back off bench (5) shift weight back to left (6) step right foot back out wide (7) rock back on left (8) shift weight back to right (1) step left on bench (2) exit bench (3,4)

Knee, walk back hop around walk up double ham: step left foot on bench (1) lift right knee (2) step back on floor right (3) walk back left (4) step right (5) curl left leg (ham curl) and hop on right while turning in a clockwise circle (6,7,8) step left towards step (1) step forward right (2) double ham curl and exit (3-8)-option as do double: step left foot on bench (3) curl right leg as reverse hop (4) tap in front of the bench (5) curl right leg as hop turn (6) exit (7,8)

Mambo side, shuffle up and straddle: Step left foot on bench (1) shift right foot to side of step (2) rock back on left foot (3) step right foot on floor (4) shuffle or triple or cha cha on top of step turning to face right wall, left right left (5&6), straddle down (7,8)
