Great Double Step for those who are new to Double Step!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 14887)

** All benches are vertical- side by side.

I teach by the add on method- teach one 32 count routine and keep adding on to it, returning from the top and going through everything every time you add something new. All is self-reversing!

Pattern 1:

Repeat pattern to get back to home!

Pattern 2 (adding on):

Repeat other direction! Take from top

Pattern 3 (adding on):

Repeat to get home and take it from the top!!

Pattern 4 (last addition!):

Repeat to get home and take from top

My class loved this and got a great workout. Some had done double step before and some had not. This was a great routine that everyone could follow and still get a good workout. Remember, if you don't have enough steps, you can always have 2 people share 3!
