Moving Kicks
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 14905)
Here is a combo I've been using and the classes really seem to enjoy! You might even see something familiar.
- Alternating Front Kicks moving forward 3x (right/left/right) [6]
- Side kick (L) [2]
- Double side kick-one high, one low with a pause (R) [4]
- Power squat [4]
- Bob and weave moving back 4x (right/left/right/left) [8]
- 4 Jacks [8]
Either continue on the right lead, or switch leads to the left leg.
