Do your own warm up, then get started.
Repeat left lead, totals 32 count (right lead moves to right, left lead to left)
Repeat left lead, totals 32 count
Put combo 1 & 2 together. After combo 1, go straight into left lead of combo 2. So, after the duck & jabs, shuffle LEFT, 2 X jacks, etc. Then repeat starting with the step touches with left lead, and shuffle RIGHT.
Divide class into 2 groups. Form 2 lines all facing same way:
1's 2's Group 1: Shuffle right with 3 x jabs, cross punch,
X X Shuffle left, side kick right
X X
X X Group 2: Shuffle right, side kick left
X X Shuffle left with 3 x jabs, cross punch
Repeat several rounds, then have everyone stay in their lines but do a 180 degree turn. Now everyone starts with a LEFT shuffle, Group 1 shuffles with kick, then shuffles with punches. You get the main idea!
Then go back to original positions. Spend a few minutes doing 180's. These are done with SOFT, BENDED knees!!! I'm gonna say it twice because it's important....SOFT, BENDED KNEES!!!!!
Face front, 180 degree turn to right with a slight jump, clap once.
180 degree turn back to left, clap twice. Totals 8 counts. After several rounds, turn to left, then back to right.
Then do some killer abs and go home!
