This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 15282)

Teach the patterns individually right and left and then blend them: A on right, B on left, C on right, A on left, B on right and C on left.

* An option here I used 3 grapevines right/left/right instead of just 1 grapevine right and out, out, in, in 3x instead of just 1. I found that it gives the class a little bit of time to focus and you can cue them on the out, outs to take it low and squat back a little.

** The option I used here was to do the double 4x instead of just 2x.

This group of patterns flowed very well and the class really liked it. I used an oldies aerobic tape that I pitched down a little. I try to get the BPM at about 128-130.
