Kick Box Combinations

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15285)

Warmup:

(other regular stretching routines)

  • Left knee, right back tap
  • Left kick, right back tap
  • (3) Left knees, right back tap
  • Knee, (2) kick, back tap
  • Switch to the other side
  • Boxers jog (doing everything with same side)
  • (2) Jab-(then add jab, jab-cross for advanced quickness)
  • Knee
  • Kick
  • Boxers kog to switch
  • Moving combination (go slow at first)

    Moving side to side

    Toning
