Kick Box Combinations
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

Warmup:
- (2) Cross
- Doubles---2 on each side
- (4) Singles
- (2) Doubles
- Elbow strikes
- + side taps with feet
- Lunge side to side
- +Push shoulders down
- HOLD
- Lunge side to side
- Swing arms in X "block" motions up and down
- Knee, lunge back
- Kick, lunge back
- Knee, lunge back
- Hold knee up to stretch
- Sink into hamstring stretch
- Alternate knees, switch
(other regular stretching routines)
- Boxers jog
- (2 opponents: front and side)
- Punch front
- Punch side
- 2 Punches high
- 2 Punches low
Left knee, right back tap
Left kick, right back tap
(3) Left knees, right back tap
Knee, (2) kick, back tap
Switch to the other side
Boxers jog (doing everything with same side)
(2) Jab-(then add jab, jab-cross for advanced quickness)

Boxers kog to switch
- Boxer's jog, one side of the body forward
- (2) Jab
- Grab
- Knee
- Grab
- Knee
- "Shuffle (1) to the (2) other (3) side (4)"
- Back slams
- Add step side to side
- Doubles, and singles
Moving combination (go slow at first)
- (3) Jabs moving up
- And add a CROSS
- Step back, step back, step back
- And a knee
- Upper, hook, upper, hook, upper hook
- And switch (to "switch" you jump to make your other side of the body forward)
Moving side to side
- Step, step, step, cross other side
- Step, step, step, cross other side
Toning
- Squat down
- Feet together
- Knee UP (like a side hydrant)
- Side kick
