Start by lying on your back with legs straight up in the air, heels touching each other, toes pointing outward and knees slightly bent.
Slowly open the legs wide and come back up with heels touching each time. Do 3 sets of 15 slowly.
Keeping the legs open wide, pulse, 3 sets of 15. Alternate slow (open and close) ones and wide pulses. On the last pulse keep the legs open wide and hold completely still for 8 counts and then pulse 8 counts. Alternate these for 3 sets.
Lastly (get ready for the class to moan on these), Leave the legs open wide again but this time have them draw little circles WITH THEIR HEELS, stop and then reverse the circles. Do 3 sets of 8 of each. INNER THIGHS GUARANTEED TO BE FELT THE NEXT MORNING!!
