Alright ladies and gentlemen...some new easy to follow hi/lo choreo for these hot and sticky summer days. All patterns are self-reversing and easy to break down and teach. Email me with questions and comments, hope y'all like!
Combo 1
- Walk front, knee up and back (8)
- 1 Grapevine 2 jacks, or step touch for low (8)
- 4 Single hams angled to the side (8)
- 1 V, 1 mambo (8)
Combo 2
- Run up (4) 2 jacks back (4)
- Grapevine 3 alternate knees (8)
- Squat right, squat left (add power as optional) (8)
- 4 Single alternate glute squeeze (8)
Combo 3
- 3 Point tap around right then left (8)
- Side alternating lunges (8)
- Up and over and back (8)
- Repeater knee 4 (8)
Combo 4
- Double grapevine and back with option to face back on counts 5-12 (16)
- Double scoop up (8)
- Step touch or pony back (8)
- Cross knee to elbow alternating (8)
- L-step grapevine and back (16)
- Single/single/double cross (8)
